My two main haunts are the 32nd St location in Groves and the one on Hwy 365. My coupons do beep sometimes, but the cashiers push them through. My sis-in-law uses the Dowlen location and she complains a lot about using coupons at HEB. I only go out to that location if I need a lot of produce, so I don't use coupons while I'm there. Next time it happens, you should email HEB's customer relations. Give them the specific products, the coupon information, and the details from your cashier. Ask them to clarify their coupon policy. I always have issues unless I am only using theirs. For instance, on their buy 1 of this product, get 1 of that product free. When I use a coupon on the "buy this product" the register then beeps when I use the store coupon for the free product.
